His sire, Makari, was highly regarded and used on numerous mares before being sold to focus on his own sport career. He comes from the renowned stallion Falaise du Muze and his dam is a 1.60 indoctro mare with a successful lineage of horses competing up to 1.60. First Love's dam, Galexta, is from the exceptional Bacardi vdl who was primarily used for sport but still made a significant impact. Galexta herself competed internationally up to 1.20 level with amateur riders and comes from a family of successful showjumpers. Pricing and terms for First Love's breeding services are as follows: £400 for natural covering with unlimited attempts during one breeding season for one named mare. Please note that the collection fee will be charged directly by the AI station and 24-hour notice is required for fresh semen. The stud fee must be paid before semen can be collected. If the mare stays at Newmains, livery will be charged at £15 per day. The cover certificate will be issued once the mare has been scanned in foal.
